1. What are the DNS Hosting services offered by IPServerOne?
The DNS Hosting Service is now divided into four new selections, first being Free DNS Hosting, and second, Standard DNS Hosting, Premium DNS Hosting and lastly, Premium Plus DNS Hosting.
When purchasing a domain with IPServerOne, customers can now opt for the Free DNS Hosting, Standard DNS Hosting, Premium DNS Hosting, Premium Plus DNS Hosting or their own NameServers to operate their domains.
Below are the comparison between the four plans provided by IPServerOne:

2. Am I allowed to downgrade from Premium/Premium Plus/Standard DNS Hosting to Free DNS Hosting?
Premium, Premium Plus or Standard DNS Hosting can be easily upgraded from Free DNS Hosting.
Downgrade can only be possible if client limits use to two DNS records per plan, which is the maximum record allowed in the Free DNS Hosting.
3. From the portal, how do I indicate the status of my DNS record?
Customers have full control over their nameservers and zones. Below are the indicators laid by IPServerOne when it comes to the status of record :

4. How do I terminate DNS Hosting from my domain?
Any DNS plan can simply be deleted from the table list of DNS Hosting plans. Once deleted, daily charges will stop.
In Customer Portal, all you need to do is to click on NovaCloud and dropdown to DNS and click Delete on domains you wish to terminate hosting plan.
