Upgrade or Downgrade on IPServerOne DNS Hosting Plan
Introduction
This is a guide for those who already subscribed to IP ServerOne DNS Hosting Plan and wish to (A) upgrade or (B) downgrade a hosting plan.
A) Upgrade a DNS Hosting Plan
1) Log in to IPServerOne customer portal.
2) Once logged in, click on NovaCloud at the left panel menu and drop down to click on DNS.
The list of domain names DNS plans will appear. Proceed to click on Manage for the domain name selected.
3) Click on Upgrade Plan.
4) Select the DNS Hosting plan that you wish to upgrade to (Standard, Premium, and Premium Plus). The difference in DNS plans can be viewed from here.
5) Once the selection is done, click on Upgrade.
6) Click on Confirm.
7) Once upgraded, the plan name and daily usage amount will change accordingly. Refer here for more info on the DNS hosting plan.
B) Downgrade a DNS Hosting Plan
1) Log in to IPServerOne customer portal.
2) Once logged in, click on Cloud Platform at the left panel menu and drop down to click on DNS Hosting. The list of domain names DNS plans will appear. Proceed to click on Manage for the domain name selected.
3) Click on Change Plan.
4) Select the DNS Hosting plan that you wish to downgrade to (Free, Standard, and Premium). The difference in DNS plans can be viewed from here.
5) Once the selection is done, click on Change Plan.
6) Click on Confirm.
7) Once downgraded, the plan name and daily usage amount will change accordingly. Refer here for more info on the DNS hosting plan.
