Reminders will be sent at multiple intervals leading up to the expiry date, ensuring ample notice: 90 days, 60 days, 45 days, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day prior to expiry, in addition to a notification on the expiry date itself. Suspension notices will be dispatched promptly one day after the expiry date, while termination notices will be issued 14 days thereafter.
