How to delete the domain name if I no longer use the domain name?

You may request to delete the domain name. even before the domain name expires. However, the renewal fee is non-refundable.  You may send a request to delete the domain by submitting an email from the authorized email (as registered in IP ServerOne account profile) to cs@ipserverone.com. The respective team will help with domain deletion once they verify the request.
