How to topup points for Cloud credit
Introduction
Our customer portal is transitioning from the current Cloud credit system to a new points-based system. Your existing Cloud credits will now be reflected as points instead of Ringgit (MYR), and new top-up purchases will also be shown in points. This upgrade offers greater flexibility for international customers, allowing credits to be purchased directly in Singapore Dollars (SGD) or US Dollars (USD), eliminating the need for currency conversions.
Simply follow this guide to top-up points for the use of Cloud Platform:
Step 1: Log in to Customer Portal
Step 2: Navigate to New Order on top of the Dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the NovaCloud Credit Top Up tab.
Step 4: Select the total points that you wish to top up.
Step 5: A popup box will appear—please read the note carefully before proceeding. Once ready, click Confirm.
Step 6: After clicking Confirm, an Add Cart Item box will appear. Click View Cart to continue with your payment.
