The subscription for an email hosting plan depends on your specific needs, including the number of users, budget, and the scale of your email hosting requirements.

For a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) with 1 to 5 staff members, we recommend subscribing to Smartermail S1. This plan is charged per user account and offers 20GB of disk space with a 30MB file attachment limit per email sent.

Alternatively, we offer other email hosting plans that cater to corporate users requiring between 10 and 1,000 email user accounts. To propose a suitable email hosting plan, please send an email to our sales team at sales@ipserverone.com with the number of users required and the specific requirements. Our sales team will consult with you to determine the most suitable hosting plan and provide a quotation for your review.

Note: The email hosting plan does not include domain name and DNS hosting services. If you are just starting your business and wish to set up a new email under your company, you can purchase a new domain name and DNS hosting with us. We will assist you in registering and setting up the email service.
