I did not receive any notification for renewal, and now my account is deactivated. What should I do?
Please check if you have any outstanding invoices in IP ServerOne’s Customer Portal, or you can refer to the authorized email address, as our system sends a copy there as well.
If you find any outstanding invoices, please make the payment to settle the amount, which will allow your account to be reactivated.
If the invoice remains unpaid, your account will be defaulted, and you will no longer be able to purchase services from IP ServerOne.
