Failure to submit termination notice and what to expect.

Please be aware that if you wish to discontinue your service with IP ServerOne, a termination notice must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the service expiry date. This ensures your service is not auto-renewed and no invoice is generated.

If the tax invoice has been generated and we are informed afterward that you no longer require our services, you are still required to settle the outstanding amount. If no payment is received after following up, a Letter of Demand will be issued. This may lead to us appointing a third-party collection agency to recover the overdue amount, pursuing legal action, and/or submitting your details to a credit rating agency.
