What should I do if I’m unable to complete payment?
If you’re unable to complete the payment, there are two possible scenarios to consider:
- Partial payment already made but unable to complete the balance payment:
If you have previously made a partial payment but are unable to pay the remaining balance, your services will be suspended until the full payment is received. If you need to re-arrange your payment schedule, we recommend reaching out to our Collection team at collection@ipserverone.com for assistance in resolving the payment issue. - Payment failure in the Customer Portal:
If you’ve attempted to make a payment via the Customer Portal but the page failed to go through, resulting in a pending payment status, please wait at least 15 minutes before retrying. This prevents the risk of duplicate payments. Once the 15-minute window has passed, you can attempt the payment again through the Customer Portal.
