Why is the submit button greyed out when I’m trying to submit a ticket?
If the submit button is greyed out, it could be due to the following reasons:
- Incomplete required fields:
Ensure all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are completed. These fields are mandatory and must be filled out before you can submit the form. - Invalid file formats:
Attachment files must be in one of the following formats: .gif, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .doc, .docx, .txt, or .pdf. Files in other formats will not be accepted. - File size exceeds the limit:
The attachment files should not exceed 5MB in size. Larger files will prevent the submission from going through. - Incomplete CC emails submission:
Make sure to click the plus icon or press enter after entering a CC email to allow the ticket to be submitted.
