- Payment via Customer Portal:
- If you’ve completed your payment through our customer portal, your domain will automatically renew upon successful transaction, and the new expiry date will be reflected.
- In case the domain information hasn’t updated (e.g., expiry date remains unchanged), please reach out to us at cs@ipserverone.com for prompt assistance and verification.
- Manual Payment or Transaction:
- For payments made manually (e.g., bank transfer), kindly send a copy of the payment slip to cs@ipserverone.com for verification.
- After verification on payment, we will assist to manually update, and the domain renewal will be processed accordingly.
