What should I do if my cloud server top-up has not been credited?
If you have made a top-up through Customer portal, you may wait at least 5-10 minutes for the top-up to be credited in your account.
However, if you have made a manual transaction, please provide the payment slip to billing@ipserverone.com for them to verify the payment and top-up manually.
