Why is my domain disabled?
There might be multiple reasons why your domain is disabled:
- Expired domain: If domain is not renewed by its expiration date, the domain may be disabled until renewal is completed.
- Policy Violations: Violating the terms of service, such as using the domain for illegal activities, spam, or phishing, can lead to a disabled domain.
- DNS Misconfiguration: Incorrect DNS settings can cause a domain to be inaccessible or appear disabled.
- Incomplete Domain Verification: If you’ve purchased a domain name that requires supporting documents, it will remain in pending verification status until the required documents are submitted and verified.
If the reason above does not apply to your issue, you may reach out to cs@ipserverone.com for further assistance.
