Prerequisites

  • Administrator access to SmarterMail
  • Familiarity with the SmarterMail Admin interface

 

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access SmarterMail as admin

  • Access and login to the SmarterMail as admin user.

 

Step 2: Navigate to Managing User

  • There will be different steps to access Managing User, as you are login as SmarterMail Admin or Domain Admin.
SmarterMail Admin
  • Select the Domain from the list.

 

  • Then, navigate to Managing User by click the Account on top menu.

 

Domain Admin
  • Click More then select Domain Settings.

 

Step 3: Impersonate on the user

  • Select the user which you wish to impersonate.

 

  • Click on the Settings (three-dot) and select Impersonate User.

 

  • You will be seeing the label on top left which indicating you are impersonating.
