Where to check booking ID?

After submitting your Visitation Request, you can monitor its status under the My Booking section in the Data Center tab of the IP ServerOne Customer Portal.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to generate your Booking ID (which starts with “IO” followed by numbers), as the visitation request process includes documentation verification.
