How to know my ticket status in portal?
If you’ve submitted a ticket through our portal, simply go to the Help Center on the left side panel and click on My Support Ticket to view the current status.
What if I sent an email instead? No worries! You can still track your ticket status. Just ensure that the email address you used to send the request matches the username you use to log in to our Customer Portal.
This way, your ticket will be linked correctly for seamless tracking!
