Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access the SmarterMail Admin Interface

  • Log in to the SmarterMail web interface as an administrator.

Step 2:  Access the Whitelist

Under the Security settings, click on Whitelist. Here, you will find a list of allowed IP addresses.


Step 3: Remove the Whitelisted IP

First, find the IPv4 address that you want to remove from the whitelist. You can use the search function to locate it quickly. Once you’ve located the IPv4 that you want to remove, tick the IP address and click on the Delete button. Confirm the action when prompted.
