How to get E-Invoice with QR code?
To receive an E-Invoice with a QR code, you’ll need to complete your e-invoice information through our Customer Portal. Follow this guide to update your Tax Identification Number (TIN):

Alternatively, you may contact our billing team at billing@ipserverone.com. They will provide you with a form to fill in your e-invoice details. Once completed, return the form to the same email, and our team will manually update your information in the system.
Once your e-invoice information is updated, our finance team will submit your Tax Invoice to the MyInvois portal for validation after the invoice is issued. If the validation is successful, you’ll be able to view and download the e-invoice with a QR code via the Customer Portal within 48 hours. Important:
-
If your e-invoice information is incomplete or incorrect, the invoice will be issued as a consolidated invoice using generic tax details, and no QR code will be included.
-
If an invoice has already been submitted and validated as a consolidated invoice, a QR code cannot be generated for that invoice once it has already been validated
-
If you update your e-invoice information after an invoice has already been validated as consolidated, the corrected e-invoice with QR code will only be reflected in the next invoice issued.
