Can I cancel or terminate my service for domain/ subscription?

For domain name services, please note that the service will automatically be suspended upon expiration and will be deleted after 75 days from the expiration date.

For subscription services such as email hosting and servers, we require a one-month notice before the expiry date for cancellation or termination. This requirement is included in the Terms & Conditions that were agreed upon during the purchase of the service.

For JARING email services, the service will be automatically suspended on the 4th day after the expiry date and will be terminated after 25 days from the expiry date.

As for SSL services, they will not be renewed if payment is not received.
