Setting up your email correctly ensures smooth communication and security. Below are the essential details for configuring your email account on different mail clients.
General Email Configuration Settings
- Username: Your email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com)
- Password: Your email account password
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP): mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
- Encryption Method: SSL/TLS

⚠️ Important Note: Make sure to enable “Authentication” for the outgoing mail server when setting up your email. This is required for sending emails successfully.
Additional Information
- If your email client asks for an Authentication Type, select Password (Normal).
- If you face connectivity issues, ensure your firewall or antivirus is not blocking the connection.
- Some email clients may require you to manually enter the server settings instead of automatic detection.
