How can I check my service order status?
If you have submitted a Purchase Order (PO), you can easily check the status of your service order by logging into the Customer Portal using the registered email address. Once logged in, navigate to the “Billing & Payment” to see if a tax invoice has been generated for your order.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can also contact our Billing team at billing@ipserverone.com to inquire about the status of your service order.
