How do I disable/remove WHOIs privacy protection for my domain?

If your domain ends with .COM, .NET, .ORG, .ASIA, .CC, .ME, or other extensions (excluding .MY), you can request to disable WHOIS privacy protection by submitting a ticket to our Customer Support team in Customer Portal or emailing us at cs@ipserverone.com.

For domains ending with .MY, WHOIS privacy protection cannot be disabled. MYNIC, the Malaysian domain registry, limits the contact information displayed for .MY domain names to protect customers’ privacy. This policy aligns with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and MYNIC’s Data Protection Policy.
