How can I change the payment or renewal term for my domain, services, or server?
To adjust the payment term or renewal period for your domain, server, or other services, please review the following guidelines:
Domains
- Current Process: To change the renewal term for domains, please submit a request via the customer portal or email us at cs@ipserverone.com.
- Future Process: Soon, we plan to offer the option to modify domain renewal terms directly through the portal.
- Renewal Terms:
- Generic Top-Level Domains (gTLDs) and Malaysian domains can be renewed for terms of 1 to 10 years.
- Country-Specific Domains: Renewal terms depend on the country’s regulations.
Server Services
- For adjustments to server-related payment terms, please contact your account manager or email our sales team at sales@ipserverone.com. Our team will help you set an appropriate renewal period and provide a customized quotation to suit your requirements.
Other Services (Including SSL Certificates)
- SSL Certificates: SSL renewals are limited to a maximum of 1 year, as required by the SSL provider.
- For any other service, please send your request to billing@ipserverone.com to determine if renewal terms can be extended or reduced as per your needs.
Important Notes
- Shortening the Renewal Period will lead to more frequent payments.
- Extending the Renewal Period can provide longer service coverage with fewer billing cycles.
Our team is available to guide you in selecting the best renewal option for your services.
