The generated proforma invoice will follow the renewal term of the previous year. If you wish to change the renewal term for the service renewal in the proforma invoice, you may send an email to billing@ipserverone.com and specify for how may years you wish to renew the service. Kindly send the email using the registered email and upon receiving the email request, our team will assist in changing the renewal term.
