Checking the Spam Email List with PMG (Proxmox Mail Gateway)
How to check the list of spam emails for Anti-Spam?
If your organization is using PMG (Proxmox Mail Gateway) as part of IP ServerOne’s Anti-Spam services, spam filtering and quarantine management are handled through our centralized gateway.
At this time, end-users do not have direct access to view the list of spam emails filtered by PMG.
📨 How to Request a Spam Email List
To check the list of emails marked as spam or to recover an email that may have been incorrectly flagged, you’ll need to reach out to our support team directly:

Please include the following information in your request to expedite the process:
- Your domain name or email address
- Timeframe of interest (e.g., spam from the last 24 hours)
- Specific sender or subject, if known
⚠️ Important Note: Due to privacy and security policies, spam reports or recovered emails can only be shared with verified domain administrators or authorized users.
