How to check the status of my Data Center visitation request?

Once you have submitted your visitation request, you can check the status under My Booking in the Data Center tab of the IP ServerOne Customer Portal. Your Booking ID should start with “IO” followed by numbers.

Please note that it may take at least 24 hours for our representative team to provide acknowledgment and confirmation booking ID.
