How to Migrate Your Email & Website to IP ServerOne

Follow These Steps After Signing the Quotation:

1. Backup Your Current Data
   Before initiating the transfer, ensure you have a full backup of your website files, databases, and email data from your current hosting provider. This helps prevent data loss during the migration process.
2. Transfer Website Files
   You can use FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or a website migration tool to transfer your website files to our servers. If you’re using a content management system (CMS) like WordPress, it’s important to also transfer the databases linked to your website.
3. Email Migration
   To migrate your emails, we recommend using IMAP synchronization or our email migration tool. This will allow you to transfer existing emails from your current provider to our mail servers. Contact our support team for detailed instructions on setting this up.
4. Update DNS Settings, Testing, and Going Live
