How to Renew Services?
You can renew your services through the IPServerOne Customer Portal at https://portal.ipserverone.com or via manual bank transfer.
Option 1: Online Payment (via Customer Portal)
1. Self-Renewal via Customer Portal: The steps as in this guide: How to Renew Services Through the Portal
2. Renewal via Pending Invoices: If you have an outstanding invoice, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Go to Billing & Payment.
- Select Proforma Invoices or Tax Invoices.
- Click on the invoice number you wish to pay.
- Click Pay Now to complete the payment.

Processing Time for Online Payment
- Payments made via the Customer Portal will automatically renew your services.
- In some cases, renewal may take a few hours after the payment is completed.
Option 2: Manual Payment (via Bank Transfer)
If you prefer to make a manual payment via online bank transfer, follow these steps:
- Transfer the required amount to IPServerOne’s bank account.
- Forward the payment slip to our support team for verification.
- Once your payment is updated in our system, we will proceed with the renewal.
Processing Time for Manual Payment is within 24 hours after payment verification.
