How to renew your domain using AI Chatbot Nova
Renewing your domain is quick and secure with AI Chatbot Nova. Just follow these steps to complete your domain renewal.
Note: The AI Chatbot currently supports one domain per transaction, and the renewal terms follow those set in your portal.
1. Access AI Chatbot Nova
- Open AI Chatbot Nova from the IPServerOne website, Knowledge Base, or Customer Portal.
- Type “Domain Renewal” to start.
2. Select “Domain Name Renewal”
- The chatbot will present several options.
- Choose “Domain Name Renewal.”
3. Provide Your Registered Email Address
- When prompted, enter the email address associated with your domain account.
- Double-check that it’s correct so you can receive the One-Time Password (OTP).
4. Check Your Email for the OTP
- AI Chatbot Nova will send an OTP to the email you provided.
- If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
5. Enter the OTP
- Return to the chatbot and input the OTP you received.
- If correct, you’ll move on to the next step.
- If it’s incorrect, the chatbot will say “OTP is wrong.” You can request a new OTP if needed.
6. Provide Your Domain Name
- After the OTP is verified, the chatbot will ask for the domain name you wish to renew (e.g., yourdomain.com).
- If the domain belongs to your account, you’ll proceed. Otherwise, you may see a message like:
“Sorry, we couldn’t find the domain ‘ipserverone.com’ linked to your account. Please provide another email address associated with the domain, or feel free to chat with one of our human agents for further help.”
7. Wait for Verification and Confirmation
- The chatbot will verify your domain details and renewal status.
- Wait a moment while the chatbot processes this information.
8. Complete the Renewal
- Once verification is complete, the chatbot will display the payment QR code, payment URL, expiry date, and renewal fee.
- If you wish to proceed, pay using the QR code or the provided link. Follow the chatbot’s prompts to finalize the renewal.

9. Final Confirmation
- After your payment is successful, the chatbot will confirm your domain renewal and let you know that your invoice and receipt can be downloaded from the portal.
- You will also receive an email confirmation with the renewal details.
- If your payment is still pending, Nova will display: “Your payment for service renewal is in progress. We’ll notify you via your registered email once the transaction is complete. To confirm the status, please contact our customer support team at cs@ipserverone.com.”
