How to terminate my services with IP ServerOne?
-
- I have a 12-month contract. If I decide to terminate in the 11th month, what is the process?
Our policy requires a 60-day advance notice for termination.- If the 60-day notice is provided: You will only need to settle the remaining balance of your contract, after which the service will be discontinued.
- If the 60-day notice is not provided: You will be required to pay the remaining contract balance, as well as a prorated fee for any unfulfilled notice period.
Important Note: While the official notice period is 60 days, we understand some customers may expect a 30-day notice. Should you have any concerns, we may consider waiving 30 days from the required notice period.
- I signed up for a 12-month contract but do not wish to renew after it expires. If I inform you in the 11th month, will I be charged?
A 60-day notice is required if you choose not to renew your service at the end of your contract.- If the 60-day notice is provided: No additional payments will be required, and your service will be discontinued at the end of the contract term.
- If the 60-day notice is not provided and an invoice has already been issued: You will be required to pay for the service up to the date of cancellation, plus an additional 60 days.
- If the 60-day notice is not provided and no invoice has been issued: You will only need to pay the equivalent of 60 days to cover the advance notice period.
Important Note: If an invoice has already been generated, we will request payment for the additional 60-day period. If no invoice has been created, we may allow the service to end without further charges.
