I have purchased a new SSL certificate but have not received any email from IP ServerOne.
After purchasing an SSL certificate, you should receive a payment confirmation within a few minutes. If the SSL certificate was purchased with installation service, our technical team will notify you via email once the installation is completed. If you haven’t received any email:

Check your spam or junk folder – sometimes emails may be filtered there.

Verify your contact email address – ensure that the email provided during the SSL order is correct and active.

Wait a little longer – in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the email to be sent, especially if manual verification is involved.
If more than 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received anything, please contact our support team at support@ipserverone.com or submit a ticket through the Customer Portal for assistance.
