I just changed my company name in the customer portal, how to change the invoice details?
When you update your company name in the customer portal, the invoice details require manual synchronization.
For proforma invoices, simply send an email from your registered email address to billing@ipserverone.com, requesting the company name to be updated on the proforma invoice.
For Tax invoices, once issued, the details cannot be amended due to E-invoicing regulations. The updated company name will only reflect on future invoices.
However, if you need the current Tax invoice to reflect your new company name, the original invoice must be canceled and reissued. To proceed with this, please reach out to billing@ipserverone.com for further assistance.
