I received a proforma invoice with multiple services. How can I split it?

If you need to separate the services in your existing proforma invoice into individual invoices, you can submit a request by:

1. Submit a ticket to Customer Support through our Customer Portal.
2. Send an email to cs@ipserverone.com with the services you’d like to split.
