Payment via customer portal failed
- Got error message: “OOPS! PENDING PAYMENT – Our system indicates that you have a pending payment. Please wait while the payment is being verified” or “THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR REQUEST. – One or more of the items is waiting for payment gateway confirmation:

- This error typically occurs when there is a pending payment or an item awaiting confirmation from the Gateway. To prevent duplicate payments, the system locks any transaction for 15 minutes. Another reason for this error could be the interruption of the payment process due to a pop-up blocker. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
- Disable Pop-Up Blocker: If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, kindly disable it. This will ensure that the payment process can proceed without any interruptions.
- Wait for 15 Minutes: Due to security measures, the system locks any transaction for 15 minutes to prevent duplicate payments. Please wait for this lockout period to expire before attempting the transaction again.
- If you continue to encounter issues after following these steps, please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- See blank page and loading after entering payment details:
If the page is loading after entering the payment details, it might still be processing the payment. Do not close or refresh the page until the payment processing is completed.

- If the page remains blank after 10 minutes, check your bank account or credit card status to confirm if the payment has been deducted. You may retry after 15-30 minutes after confirming the first payment attempt failed. If the page is loading before the payment gateway processing, it could be due to network issue.
