What are my service’s billing cycles and due dates?
Your service is billed based on the billing term you selected when you first registered or subscribed to our services. The billing cycle may be monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your choice. Invoices are generated at the beginning of each cycle, and the payment due date is typically 7 days from the invoice date.
You can check your billing cycle, invoice details, and due dates anytime through our Customer Portal.
After logging in, navigate to My Services on the left panel and click on the service you wish to view. There, you can find information about your service period and service details.
To view invoice due dates or make a payment, go to the Billing & Payment section. You can also download your invoices or proceed with payment directly from that page.
