Why am I getting the “Volume Cannot Be Extended” error?
The default volume limit for cloud instances is set to 2TB. If you see the error message, “Volume cannot be extended as it will exceed the project limit. Please ensure you have sufficient remaining space allocated to your project,” it likely means your total volume for all the instances has reached this limit.
To increase your volume limit, you can either submit a support ticket through our customer portal or email us at support@ipserverone.com. Be sure to include your registered account details so our team can assist you in adjusting the volume limit.
