Domain status
It could be due to your domain was expired so the email wasn’t able to find your domain to deliver.

Domain DNS configuration
Incorrect DNS records can prevent emails from being routed correctly to your email server, especially MX record.

Sender blacklist check
Sometimes it might because of the sender’s domain or IP was listed on blacklist and the email from them was rejected by the spam filter.

Sender email authentication
DKIM record, DMARC record and SPF record were three email authentication methods. Either one of the records were configured incorrect on sender’s domain, it could lead to the email get rejected.
