⚙️ Load Balancer Configuration Page Not Loading
Why is my load balancer configuration page not loading?
There could be several reasons why your load balancer configuration page is not loading. Here are some common troubleshooting steps:
1. Network or Firewall Restrictions:
- Ensure your IP address is allowed in the firewall rules for the management interface.
- Check if there are any network restrictions blocking access to the configuration page.
2. Incorrect URL or Port:
- Verify that you are accessing the correct URL and port. Some load balancers may use a specific port (e.g., :8080 or :8443 for management UI).
3. Service Status:
- Make sure the load balancer service (e.g., HAProxy, NGINX, or IP ServerOne’s proprietary load balancer) is running on your server.
- You may need to SSH into your server and check the service status.
4. Browser Cache or SSL Issues:
- Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito/private window.
- If SSL is enabled but not correctly configured, it might block access to the page.

⚠️ Important Note: If you have made recent changes to firewall settings or server configurations, you may have unintentionally restricted access to the load balancer management page.
