Why isn’t my domain listed in my account after transferring to IPServerOne?
We have successfully received the domain transfer list from MYNIC and have completed the transfer of .MY domains to our system. However, if your domain data is not visible in the IPServerOne portal, it may be due to ongoing cross-checking and verification processes.
Here’s what we are doing to resolve this:
- We are cross-checking the WHOIS records with customer profiles in our system to ensure the information is accurate.
- As part of this process, we are sending confirmation email to Registrants whose domains have been transferred to us.
