Why My SSL certificate is not renewed after payment?
There are several possible reasons why your SSL certificate may not have been renewed after payment. Please see the details below for further clarification:
1. I have paid for the SSL renewal, but the expiry date on the certificate remains unchanged.
SSL renewal can only be processed within 30 days of the certificate’s expiry date. If you renew earlier, our technical support team will hold the renewal to prevent any overlap with the existing certificate.
If your SSL certificate is within the 30-day window, please allow up to 24 hours for our Technical Support team to send you the SSL invitation link. This link will be sent to the authorized email address in our system.
If you have received the SSL invitation link but haven’t taken action, the expiry date will not be updated. You need to install the SSL certificate on your server if you’ve subscribed to SSL certificate-only services. Once the SSL certificate is successfully issued, the expiry date will update accordingly.
2. I made payment for SSL renewal, but it hasn’t reflected in the customer portal.
If you’ve made your payment via the Customer Portal, the SSL certificate’s expiry date will be automatically updated upon successful payment. In case the expiry date is not updated, please contact us at cs@ipserverone.com for further assistance.
For manual SSL renewal payments, please email your payment slip to cs@ipserverone.com for us to verify your payment and update in our system. Please note that if the payment slip is not provided, it may cause delays in processing your renewal. Once the payment is confirmed, the SSL expiry date will be updated accordingly.
3. I paid for SSL with installation, but there hasn’t been any update.
For SSL certificates that include installation, our Technical Support team requires up to 24 hours to complete the process. If you need to expedite the installation, you can submit a ticket to Technical Support or email support@ipserverone.com.
4. I’ve issued the SSL on my server, but the expiry date hasn’t changed.
This issue may be caused by an incorrect installation. If you need help, please reach out to our Technical Support team by submitting a ticket or emailing support@ipserverone.com.
5. The SSL has been issued, and the expiry date on the certificate has been updated, but the expiry date in the portal / invoice doesn’t match.
Our SSL provider, GlobalSign, issues certificates with 13 months of validation. As a result, there may be a discrepancy between the expiry date shown in the portal and the actual certificate expiry date.
