How do I book the CJ1 loading bay?

To book the loading bay at IP ServerOne’s CJ1 Data Center in Cyberjaya, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Visitation Request:
   • Log in to your IP ServerOne customer portal.
   • Navigate to the Data Center tab and select Visitation Request.
   • Complete the form with the required details, specifying your need to use the loading bay.
2. Await Confirmation:
   • After submitting your request, it may take up to 24 hours for our team to process it.
   • You can monitor the status of your request by navigating to the My Booking section under the Data Center tab.

3. Receive Booking ID:
   • Once your request is approved, a booking ID will be generated.
   • This ID is essential for accessing the loading bay and should be presented upon arrival.
4. Coordinate with Our Team:
