Received our Cloud Credit alarm reminder however you did not purchase any Cloud Credit with us? No worries! It could be due to your subscription to our DNS hosting service, which uses Cloud Credit for daily deductions.
Even if you receive this notification, you can disregard the notification, as your payments are processed through your invoice.
However, if you would like to check your DNS hosting plan and the associated deductions, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in to IP ServerOne’s Customer Portal using your registered email address.
- Click on NovaCloud in the left panel menu and select DNS from the dropdown.
- You will see the DNS hosting plans associated with your domain.
