Where Can I Find the DNS Records for My Email? I’ve Just Changed My Nameservers and Need to Add Them.
If you’ve recently changed your nameservers to IPServerOne, you may follow the steps below on how to obtain your email DNS record or in other words your MX, SPF and DKIM records:
- Check with Your Email Provider: The DNS records for your email (such as MX, SPF, and DKIM records) are provided by your email service provider. You can usually find them in your email hosting account. Common providers like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any third-party mail hosting service will have a dedicated section for DNS records. You may also contact our support at support@ipserverone.com for the details
- Log in to Your DNS Management: After obtaining the necessary records (MX, SPF, DKIM, etc.), log in to your domain’s DNS management panel, either through your domain registrar or your hosting provider.
- Add the Records: Input the required records (MX, SPF, DKIM) into your DNS settings to ensure proper email delivery
