Customer Portal – Accessing and Downloading Invoices and Receipts

To effortlessly view or download your invoices and receipts, follow these simple steps using our customer portal at https://portal.ipserverone.com.

 

  1. Navigate to Billing & Payment: Once logged in, locate and click on the “Billing & Payment” section. This is where you will find all your transaction-related information.
  2. Access Transaction History: Inside the “Billing & Payment” section, locate “Transaction History” and click on it to explore your past transactions in detail.
  3. Choose Document Type: You can choose to view Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, or Receipts. Simply click on the tab that corresponds to the type of document you need.
  4. View or Download: Depending on your preference, you can view the documents on your screen or download them. For downloading, a single click will save the document to your device.
