Introduction

Using email on your phone will be convenient for you check on the email anytime and anywhere. However, you will be frustrated if your Calendar and Contacts on your phone didn’t sync with the webmail.
By going through this guidance, you will be able to sync your Calendar and Contacts.

Prerequisite

• Access to WHM and cPanel
• Knowledge on WHM and cPanel
• Knowledge on Email configuration

1. 1. To Install Calendar and Contacts Server in WHM, navigate to Manage Plugin -> Calendar and Contacts Server.
      
   2. Login to your webmail and navigate to Calendar, make sure the event that you are created under cPanel CALDAV. You may disable to Default option to avoid confusion.
      
      And same goes to your email Contacts book.
      
   3. Navigate to Settings on phone, and find Calendar and select Accounts.
      
   4. Click Add Account in Account Settings.
      

      And select Other.
      

   5. Now, you may see the option for CalDAV (for Calendar) and CardDav (For Contacts). *Note: You will need to add both of them in order to run Calendar and Contacts sync.
      
   6. In the setup page, enter details below then click on Next and the email will be setup successfully.
      – Mail server (should be mail.<domainname>:2080)
      – Your email
      – Email password
      – Description (can be vary, based on your decision)
      
   7. Once is successfully configured, you may a pop out screen that showing enable on Calender and Reminder.
      
   8. Repeat the step for CardDAV or CalDav (depend on which you start with) and proceed the same steps.
   9. Once is done, you should be seeing the Calendar and Contacts are sync to your phone Apple Calendar and Apple Contact.
