While you can update this information through the IPServerOne customer portal, this guide focuses on making changes via the Registrar Domain Management Portal (WEBNIC) and updating the user ID linked to the domain.
Steps to Change WHOIS Information
1. Log in to the Registrar Domain Management Portal (WEBNIC)
Use your domain access details to log in at http://wam.manage.name.
2. Select Your Domain
Once logged in, locate the domain name you want to update from the list and click on your domain name to proceed.
3. Modify WHOIS Information
Next, click on “Modify WHOIS Information”.
4. Update Contact Details
You will be able to change the following contact details:
- Registrant Contact
- Administrative Contact
- Technical Contact

After making the necessary changes, click on “Submit” to save the updates.
Important Notes
- For certain domains such as .EU, .HK, .COM.HK, .CO.UK, and others, changing ownership requires a manual process and may incur charges.
- Domains such as .PK and .PH require manual changes but do not incur fees.
- If you’re changing the registrant or ownership details for any of the domains mentioned, contact our support at cs@ipserverone.com or submit ticket via portal
- For .LI domains, changing the registrant will result in the loss of the remaining registration term.
- For transferring user IDs, which allows you to manage multiple domains with the same login, you may consolidate all your domains under a single account.
