- Access to Customer Portal with active cloud instance
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Login to Customer Portal
- Access and login to Customer Portal with your account.
Step 2: Navigate to cloud instance managing page
- Select Instances under the drop-down of NovaCloud.
- Select the Region if your cloud instance is not Malaysia.
Step 3: Reformat your cloud instance
- Call out the drop-down of your cloud instance by clicking the Action.
- Select Rebuild to reformat the cloud instance. Rebuilding a cloud instance will remove everything inside and allow you to have a fresh start.
- Select Rebuild on the confirmation screen.
