Important Note: Reformat your cloud instance is an unreversible step, there will be no ‘UNDO’ for the action. The only option to retrieve the data was through snapshot restoration. **Charges may apply.

 

Prerequisite

  • Access to Customer Portal with active cloud instance

 

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Login to Customer Portal

  • Access and login to Customer Portal with your account.

 

Step 2: Navigate to cloud instance managing page

  • Select Instances under the drop-down of NovaCloud.

 

  • Select the Region if your cloud instance is not Malaysia.

 

Step 3: Reformat your cloud instance

  • Call out the drop-down of your cloud instance by clicking the Action.

 

  • Select Rebuild to reformat the cloud instance. Rebuilding a cloud instance will remove everything inside and allow you to have a fresh start.

 

  • Select Rebuild on the confirmation screen.
