Prerequisite
- Have an existing DNS hosting with us
Step-by-Step Guideline on how to remove DNS hosting:
- Login to IP ServerOne Customer Portal
- On left panel menu, click on NovaCloud then choose DNS
- All your existing DNS hosting will be listed all with the domain name. Simply click on Actions on the DNS hosting you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- A pop up box will appear which you need to put in your password and click Remove to proceed.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear to indicate that the DNS hosting has been deleted for the domain name. Click Okay to return to DNS hosting page.
