Transitioning your DNS hosting can streamline domain management and prepare you for provider changes. Prerequisite

  • Have an existing DNS hosting with us

Step-by-Step Guideline on how to remove DNS hosting:

  1. Login to IP ServerOne Customer Portal
  2. On left panel menu, click on NovaCloud then choose DNS

  3. All your existing DNS hosting will be listed all with the domain name. Simply click on Actions on the DNS hosting you would like to remove.
  4. Click Delete.

  5. A pop up box will appear which you need to put in your password and click Remove to proceed.
  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear to indicate that the DNS hosting has been deleted for the domain name. Click Okay to return to DNS hosting page.
