Prerequisite

Steps to update customer profile:

1. Log in to the IP Server One Customer Portal.

2. Navigate to the top-right corner, click on your Username, then select My Account from the drop-down menu.

3. On the My Account page, click on the Pencil icon to start updating your information.

4. You can expand each dropdown under Personal Details, E-Invoice Information, Business Details, and Contact Information to update the required information.

Note: All information can be updated through Customer Portal except for primary email under Contact Information. Primary email is registered as unique login ID for the Customer Portal. If the primary email address is no longer valid, kindly send an email to cs@ipserverone.com and our Customer Support team will assist accordingly.

5. Once you have updated the information, click Save Changes, and it will be applied immediately. Please review the details to ensure everything is updated accurately to avoid any errors during the purchase or renewal process.
