How to view and update Domain WHOIS Information through customer portal
Our customer portal now offers enhanced features for your convenience! You can easily view and update your domain Whois information through our customer portal. Follow these steps to update the Whois information for your domain name:
Step 1: Log in to the customer portal: https://portal.ipserverone.com
Step 2: Navigate to “My Services” and select “Domain”.
Step 3: Choose the domain name you wish to modify and click “View“.
Step 4: Click on “Manage Domain“.
Step 5: Click “Edit” at the top right of the page and update the necessary information.
Step 6: Click “Save”. Your updated information will be reflected immediately.
Important Note: Any changes to the company name for a .MY domain name will require supporting documentation for Registry (MYNIC) verification. Refer to this link for the necessary documents.
